VentureLab invites you to join the Entrepreneurial Mindset Course for Educators to practice and grow the same mindsets that you want to see in the youth you serve. The evidence based program uses best practices in adult learning theory and can be used by individuals or groups seeking to imbue their culture with empathy, adaptability, optimism…all the entrepreneurial mindsets and skills.
The word entrepreneur is often narrowly defined as starting a business. We recognize that it’s more than that and so does the afterschool and 4-H community.

Entrepreneurs come up with clever solutions to challenges. This sometimes means using unlikely materials or trying unique solutions. We call this resourcefulness.
Entrepreneurs see mistakes as ways to learn new things. They know that it’s okay to not succeed every time you try something. We call this embracing failure.
Entrepreneurs keep trying to solve problems even when they face tough
times. We call trying over and over again PERSISTENCE and we call using
determination GRIT.
