Survey and Data Reporting Timeline
VentureLab generates survey unique links per organization, per curriculum, and per grade band.
For example: The YMCA is using Idea to Pitch for elementary students and Career Exploration and Innovation for middle school students. VentureLab generates 3 unique links and sends the YMCA staff unique links for: Idea to Pitch Grades 1-2, Idea to Pitch Grades 3-5, and Career Exploration and Innovation Grades 6-12.

It takes 1-3 business days to generate your links. If we know the end of your program date or your culminating event date, we will email your unique link(s) close to that date.
🌐 Administer Surveys
- Plan 15 minutes with students and device access
- If device access is a barrier:
- For a limited number of devices, students can be in small groups and rotate stations
- For no devices, please alert us, and we will facilitate paper surveys
- Best given after the last day of programming or after your culminating event
