The Mott Foundation

Since 2018, VentureLab has partnered with The Charles Stewart Mott Foundation to expand awareness and access to youth entrepreneurship learning opportunities for students and educators across the nation. Examples of this work include: Custom VentureLab curriculum for Nebraska’s Beyond School Bells Afterschool Network and custom professional development for regional Innovation Hubs in Pennsylvania. VentureLab is also connecting programs across states to create a more robust youth entrepreneurship ecosystem!

50 State Afterschool Network

VentureLab is the technical assistant in youth entrepreneurship to the 50 State Afterschool Network, a statewide afterschool network bringing together a wide range of partners from education, workforce, state government, community-based organizations, and more to increase access to and spark innovation in quality afterschool and summer learning programs. The 50 State Network is an ecosystem of practitioners, researchers, technical assistance providers and afterschool champions, working to expand the quality, scope, and impact of learning experiences for young people across the country.

Stand Together Foundation

VentureLab has been accepted into the Stand Together Foundation’s Catalyst Program. This prestigious management and leadership development experience is designed to unlock the potential of America’s highest-performing nonprofits. Stand Together is a philanthropic community that helps America’s boldest changemakers tackle the root causes of our country’s biggest problems, from education to the economy, broken communities, and toxic division, among dozens of other pressing issues.

MEDB STEMworks™

VentureLab has worked closely with organizations on the Hawaiian islands to create and deliver culturally responsive curriculum and professional development. Maui Economic Development Board’s (MEDB) Women in Technology’s flagship program, STEMworks™, is Powered by VentureLab to bring entrepreneurial learning to educators and youth across the Hawaiian islands both in-school and out of school time settings.

Utah State Board of Education

VentureLab, along with Lego and Minecraft, are the primary technical assistance providers to Utah’s 21st Century providers as part of the Utah State Board of Education’s 21st CCLC Career Pathways Grant. This 5-year grant assists VentureLab’s delivery of professional development, curriculum, and data reporting for 21st CCLC programs.

Missouri After School Network

The Missouri After School Network (MASN) builds partnerships through conferences, summits, and community meetings to improve, support, and sustain high-quality afterschool programs in Missouri. VentureLab presents workshops, offers resources, and provides technical assistance to rural and urban core youth, educators, and organizations in our partner network.

Nebraska 4-H

Nebraska 4H is America’s largest youth development organization, empowering nearly six million young people across the U.S. and 140,000 across Nebraska with the skills to lead for a lifetime. They are a leader among the 50 state 4-H community and selected VentureLab as a partner to provide technical assistance, professional development, and curriculum solutions to their youth entrepreneurship programming across the state.

BakerRipley

VentureLab partners with BakerRipley’s Camp Ignite in Houston, TX. Camp Ignite is a dynamic youth entrepreneurial summer program designed to awaken the entrepreneurial mindset in teens. The program was powered by VentureLab and helped students develop their business ideas, prototype their solutions, and pitch their businesses. The week-long program was a great success with lots of fun, learning, and real-life connections.
