VentureLab is proud to spotlight Tanya Crawford, a 4-H Youth Development Professional in Nebraska, and her milestone achievement of becoming a 2024 VentureLab Certified Educator. Her leadership and enthusiasm for entrepreneurial learning are making an impact on local York and Polk County youth, fellow educators, and the greater 4-H Nebraska community.
A VL Certified Educator is someone who makes contributions to the youth entrepreneurship movement by:
- Sharing their knowledge and experience
- Growing themselves personally and professionally
- Teaching others about entrepreneurial learning
- Creating content for other educators and students
Tanya made contributions to the youth entrepreneurship movement by growing her mindset in the VentureLab Mindset for Educators Program, leading a Mindset cohort to teach other educators, and successfully completing the Idea to Pitch Program Certification.
We are proud of Tanya for growing and teaching the same mindsets and skills we want to see in the youth of Nebraska and across the country.
In 2024, she led various VentureLab Idea to Pitch Program implementations in her county, participated in VentureLab’s, Mindset for Educators Program, and then led a cohort of her own 4-H county colleagues.
By thoughtfully guiding youth AND adults through VentureLab’s entrepreneurial programs, she engaged them to discover their entrepreneurial selves: confident, courageous, persistent, optimistic problem solvers!
As a 2024 VentureLab Certified Educator, Tanya is leading the path for future innovators and current educators—empowering them to think creatively, act boldly, and make their mark on the world.
If you’re excited about contributing to yourself, to others, and to the youth entrepreneurship movement, join Tanya and other dedicated educators and advocates in the VentureLab Certified Community.
Together, we’re nurturing the next generation of leaders, doers, and changemakers—one idea at a time.
