VentureLab wants to ensure that all youth have access to entrepreneurship education. As more learning resources go purely remote, many families are left behind due to lack of devices or internet connection.
That’s why VentureLab’s Entrepreneurship for All Initiative provides our caregiver/youth workbook to these families at no cost. If you know a school or nonprofit providing community services (food delivery or pickup, classroom packet drop-off or pickup, or other social services) during this time, please apply to receive free workbooks to pass out as a resource.
This workbook (available in English and Spanish) is for parents, caregivers, or mentors and elementary-age children. A background in teaching, entrepreneurship, or financial literacy is not required! The caregiver’s job is to learn with and guide the child, with helpful tips found throughout the workbook for extra guidance on activities.
The workbook contains 60 activities organized by mindset along with a section on financial literacy. Activities include hands-on, role-playing, games, conversations, writing, and reflections. There are no right or wrong answers (financial literacy questions involving calculations have an answer key).
Note: Due to extremely high demand, not all workbook requests may be fulfilled. You can help us reach every request by donating today!
